SPANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix all above ingredients together, then take out 3/4 cup. To the remainder add:

1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg (well beaten)

Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and nut mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
