SPANISH PEANUT CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

3/4 c. butter
2 beaten egg yolks
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Mix together and put in bottom of greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan.

TOPPING:

2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Beat eggs until stiff. Add sugar. Fold in marshmallows and chips. Spread over flour mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 24 servings.
