TURTLE CAKE 
1 Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
7 oz. caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter

Melt caramels and butter with milk in top of double boiler. Mix cake according to directions. Put 1/2 cake batter in 9"x13" pan, bake at 350 degrees until batter is set, approximately 15 minutes. Spread caramel mixture over baked cake then add rest of cake batter. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Bake 30 minutes, cut and serve. You may top with whipped topping or ice cream.
