APPLE KUCHEN 
1 stick butter
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sliced apples or 1 (20 oz.) canned apples

Soften butter and cut into cake mix until crumbly. Add coconut and blend. Pat into cake pan and make a slight ridge around the outside of the pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Mix sour cream and egg in another bowl.

Put apples on hot crust and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top. Put spoonfuls of sour cream mixture on top of that. It will not completely cover the cake. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown. Serve warm or cold. Can be substituted with peaches- apricots.
