IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can (or 2 c.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (OR 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. ginger)
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth in blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
