CHARLENE'S PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
Angel food cake, crumbled
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant or regular)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry or peach)
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping

Prepare pudding as instructed. Line large bowl with crumbled angel food cake. Add a layer of pudding. Add another layer of cake. Add pineapple and juice. Add another layer of cake. Add layer of pie filling. Add another layer of cake. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serves 20.
