STRAWBERRY LAYER SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 mashed banana
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

(You can substitute fat-free plain yogurt for the sour cream.)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix in remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Pour half the mixture into a Jello mold. Let it set until firm. Carefully spread on sour cream (or yogurt). Pour on the rest of the Jello mix. Chill until firm. Unmold onto a chilled serving plate.
