EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE QUICHE PIE 
2 c. chopped broccoli and/or cauliflower (if raw, cook slightly; if frozen, thaw and drain)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cubed or shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt; optional
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix and put into greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pan the vegetables and cheese. (You may substitute 3 cups of frozen Oriental mix vegetables.) Put into a blender for 15 seconds at Whip Speed the milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees until lightly browned. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve promptly. Serves 4-5.
