1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
diced onion to taste
Ritz crackers
melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine hash brown potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese and onion in lightly greased casserole. Drizzle with melted butter and top with crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
