2 lbs frozen hash browns (chunky kind) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 8 oz Sour Cream 1 lb of Velveeta Mix cheese, soup, and sour cream together. Heat in microwave to melt cheese. Pour hash browns into baking pan and cover with the soup, cheese, and sour cream mixture and stir around to coat all potatoes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cooks for an hour. Half way through baking, cover with shredded cheese and continue to bake until done! Submitted by: Cristy |
