TORNADO CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. fruit cocktail with juice
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix and cream together sugar, eggs, fruit cocktail with juice, soda and flour. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts together and sprinkle into the batter. Place in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 c. flaked coconut

Boil the butter, sugar and cream for 2 minutes. Add coconut after removing from heat. Spoon icing over hot cake.
