BOURSIN CHICKEN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. milk
2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. boursin cheese
Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip each breast in milk, then coat with bread crumbs. Bake in oven for 30 minutes with drizzled butter on top.

Remove chicken from oven. Spread 1/4 cup Boursin cheese on each breast. Bake until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.

Serve with cranberry sauce, rice pilaf and a veggie on the side!
