PINEAPPLE-MANGO SALSA | |
2 mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1/4 whole pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1/4 c. finely chopped red onion juice of 1 small lime 1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced 2 tsp. honey 2 tbsp. minced fresh mint Toss together all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Serve with grilled seafood or tortilla chips. Makes 6 servings. Serving Size: 1/2 cup. Cal-64, CHO-16.8, Pro-.5, Fat-.29. |
