APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 apples, pared, cored and finely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
