SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. ground meat
2-3 sm. potatoes
Onion
Bell pepper
Green peas or corn (optional)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Water as needed
Spaghetti (optional)

Slice potatoes into thin, round slices. Brown in oil, remove and drain off oil. Brown meat, then add chopped onions, and chopped bell pepper. Add 1 can tomato sauce, 2 or more cans water. Place potatoes around edge.

If spaghetti is added, put in middle of pan. Break into small pieces. Simmer until spaghetti is soft. Keep covered with water. Peas and corn, if added, should be put in middle also.
