1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed sm.
8 oz. cream cheese, cut sm.
1 sm. container sour cream
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 can Frito Bean Dip
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry chip dip mix
20 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. When well blended, transfer to a 10" round shallow pan. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Tostitos, nachos or crackers.
