CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 can bean dip (Old Dutch)
1/4 c. shallots, chopped
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine first 6 ingredients and spread in glass pie pan. Sprinkle with two cheeses. Bake until cheese melts at 325 degrees. Serve with taco chips.
