CHILE CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 can enchilada sauce (hot)
1 jar picante sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can tomatoes with chile
1 pkg. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)

In large pot brown ground beef. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes on medium-low. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
