2 sm. cans or 1 lg. can Dennison's chile without beans (or WITH beans if you like)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega green chilies, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped up

Mix all ingredients together and place in ovenproof dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
