IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
3/4 - 1/2 c. sugar

Put everything in blender on high for a slow count of ten. Pour into large greased pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
