RECIPE COLLECTION
“GARLIC ARTICHOKE AIOLI” IS IN:

GARLIC ARTICHOKE AIOLI 
6 oz. canned marinated artichokes (quartered)
1 1/2 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black mustard seed (or dry mustard)
1 dash black pepper

Trim any hard leaves and spines off the artichokes. You can also either remove or leave the chokes. Add ALL ingredients into a blender or hand-blender attachment and puree until smooth.

Goes great with grilled chicken or on a salad!
