RICED SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1/2 c. diced onion 1 egg 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. instant rice Salt & pepper to taste 1 can cream of mushroom soup with water for gravy Mix all ingredients together. Make into medium sized balls. Set aside. In shallow baking dish mix soup and water. Add meatballs to this. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
