BAKED SWEDISH RICE PUDDING 
1/3 c. uncooked white rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients in a large casserole or pan.

Bake in 300°F to 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold with cinnamon sugar. Pudding may appear thin but it thickens as it cools.
