CRUMB TOPPED COCOA BANANA BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of ground ginger
Dash of ground mace
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mashed bananas

Stir together dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and bananas. Stir until blended. Spoon into loaf pan with bottom only greased.

Combine: 2 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. baking powder

Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides from pan and remove to wire rack.
