CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sifted cake or pastry flour (do not use all-purpose)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. lg. chocolate chips

Mix with mixer. Drop about 1/4 teaspoon on well greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Remove while warm.
