CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES 
10 eggs, beaten
5 c. butter, melted (10 cubes)
3 c. honey
1 1/2 c. milk (can use part buttermilk)
10 c. quick oats
3 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips or carob chips
3 c. raisins
Add nuts if you want

Add above ingredients in order given, then add:

7 1/2 c. flour (white or whole wheat pastry)

To the last cup of flour add:

2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. cinnamon

Stir with a fork to fluff and add to liquid ingredients. Drop by large tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350. Don't overcook or they come out dry. This is a cake type cookie, it's a big batch and I usually freeze 1/2 the batch. Makes 12 dozen.
