PLUM PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. suet, ground
1 c. sour milk
1 c. raisins, ground
1 lg. apple, ground (unpeeled)
1/2 c. walnuts, ground
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix in order. Steam 2 hours. If it is still soft and sticky finish it in the oven.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2-1 c. cream

Let come to boil and serve.
