HAWAIIAN CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 (7 oz.) jars junior baby carrots 1/2 c. chopped nuts Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and carrots. Mix. Add pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Frost with: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 16 oz. confectioners' sugar |
