BARBARA'S PINEAPPLE CARROT CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 jars Junior carrots (baby)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in order. Pour into greased and floured angel food pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
