PATTY'S CARROT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. oil
2 (7 1/2 oz.) junior baby food carrots

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix liquid ingredients then add dry ingredients. Can be poured into greased cookie sheet, to make bars or 8 x 11 inch pan for a cake. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Cream together frosting ingredients and frost when cool.
