LEMON - DILL HADDOCK 
1 lb. skinless haddock, cod, or orange roughy fillets (1/2-3/4" thick)
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, place fish on a greased rack of an unheated broiler pan tucking under any thin edges. Then set aside.

In a small saucepan melt the butter. Stir in lemon juice, dill and garlic salt. Brush fish with butter mixture. Broil fish 4 inches from the heat for 4-9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
