ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 sm. cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 eggs
6 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 or 4 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Soak bread in water, then squeeze dry and crumble. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into balls about 1 1/2 inches. May be fried until browned in hot oil. Serve either warm or cold. Also can be put in spaghetti sauce either before or after browning. Or bake in 400 degree oven in a greased pan for about 15-20 minutes.
