ITALIAN MEAT BALLS AND SPAGHETTI
SAUCE
 
Mix hamburger with Italian grated cheese, bread crumbs, milk, tomato sauce (or red wine), form balls and fry until brown.

SAUCE:

1 can of water to each can tomato sauce. Add 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning and salt.

Fry about a handful hamburger with onion, 2 cloves of garlic and fry until done. Add to sauce. Simmer 4 to 5 hours. Add water as it thickens, or to make it richer add 1/4 to 1/2 cups of red wine.
