SHRIMP CRAB SALAD 
5 oz. of shrimp, cooked, peeled and de-veined
6 oz. of crab meat
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato slices.
