SHRIMP-CRAB SALAD 
2 lbs. boiled shrimp
1/4 lb. lump crabmeat
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian reduce calorie salad dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. minced shallots
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Lettuce leaves or chopped lettuce

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight. Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves using a slotted spoon. Yield: 8 servings - 1 serving = 145 calories.
