QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
12 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. Hershey's baking cocoa

Mix first 3 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until light and fluffy. Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Sift cocoa and fold in. Refrigerate and serve. Serves 6.
