EASY PICKLED PEACHES 
2 lg. cans peach halves
1 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. allspice (whole)
1 1/2 tsp. cloves (whole)
2 sticks cinnamon
1/2 c. vinegar

Drain juice from peaches. Set peaches aside. Add above ingredients to juice and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add peaches. Set aside to cool. Put in container with tight lid and refrigerate. Peaches are beautiful in a compote type dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
