1 #2 1/2 can peach halves
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. vinegar
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice

To syrup drained from peaches. Add sugar, vinegar and spices. Boil 5 minutes. Allow fruit to stand in pickling syrup overnight.
