NEW ENGLAND POPOVERS 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Grease popover pan. Mix eggs until light and frothy. Beat in milk and butter, then flour and salt, all at low speed. Fill 8 cups 3/4 full and place in preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 25 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees; slit each to let out steam. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve immediately with butter balls.
