IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Cook and drain beef and onion. Stir in salt and pepper; spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk until smooth (1 minute). Pour into plate. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes and lettuce if desired. Serves 6-8.
