1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture in pie plate; add cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes.
