1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green peppers (opt.)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown and drain the hamburger, onions and green peppers. Stir in 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper and spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie plate and bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with sliced tomatoes and other cup of cheese and bake until knife comes out clean, 5 to 8 more minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
