1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheese

Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onion. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake again until knife inserted comes out clean.
