MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. macaroni noodles
3 celery stalks (chopped finely)
1/2 med. onion (chopped finely)
2 1/4 c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise
Salt and pepper (to taste)

1. Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on box (about 12 minutes).

2. Thoroughly drain noodles and cool them off. (You can rinse off noodles if you like, then add about 5 small pats of butter and stir well - this will keep noodles from sticking together while they cool down.)

3. Combine noodles, celery, onion, salt and pepper and mayonnaise. Stir well.

4. Chill before serving. Serves 8-10.

Do not store in metal container.
