PATIO POTATOES 
2 1/2 lb. russet potatoes
3 c. white sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. (4 oz.) diced chili
2 tsp. salt
1 minced garlic

Cook potatoes, peel and slice thin. Put 1 layer potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Combine white sauce, cheese, chilis, salt and garlic. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Spoon sauce mixture over potatoes. Continue layering ending with sauce on top. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
