STRAWBERRY MILE HIGH PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. whole milk

Put flour, sugar and salt in a 10 inch pie pan. Add the oil and milk. Pat dough mixture into pan forming crust. Prick. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 egg whites
1 c. (16 oz.) frozen strawberries with juice
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add thawed berries, sugar and lemon juice. Beat 5 minutes at high speed with electric mixer. Beat the whipping cream until it peaks. Fold this into strawberry filling. Pour into cooled pie crust and freeze. Serves 8 generously.
