PICNIC BAKED BEANS 
1 gal. pork and beans
2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
1 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
Diced ham or bacon (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for several hours, stirring occasionally, until nice and thick. Serves 25 to 30 people.
