SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. hamburger
Minced onion
6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. noodles, cooked and drained

Brown meat and drain. Add onion. Cook till tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Saute green pepper in butter. Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until cream cheese melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and noodles. In 10 x 6 inch baking dish, arrange alternate crosswise rows of meat mixture, then noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
