SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper
3 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Make patties of ground beef, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Brown meat and add remaining ingredients to drippings. Return the patties to the pan with the gravy and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
