SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. rolled corn flakes
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. water
1 c. mushroom soup (can substitute cream tomato, celery or onion soup)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped onion or more
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients except soup in order. From into long or round patties, roll lightly in flour. Brown on both sides. Pour soup over meat. Add 1 cup water. Simmer 45 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 patties.
